Rogers Smith is the real deal. You will not find a more accomplished, humble aviator out there.
That he and Steve Ishmael took four weeks to get checked out in that jet instead of the six months that was standard practice at the 1st RS, speaks to the experience and abilities of those two. (And yes, I know the pilot/RSO interface and mission sets eats up some of that, but still…)
Jello’s podcast is head and shoulders better than anything out there.
