Just saw this on Flying. Is this true information? Does this cascade to other users of the IO-550 engines who may have been rebuilt or overhauled at Continental?

Didn’t China and Russia get their knickers in a twist over about 600 balloons that we launched in the US and Europe? Project Genetrix, Project Mogul, General Mills, Moby Dick, or WS-1119L and balloon are the search terms that will pull up the articles.
