If anyone wants to build time, I have a decently optioned M20E (Aspen 1000 IFD 540 all the speed mods so 161KTAS at 9500 at 10.4 GPH) that I have been putting about 30-50 hours on a month.
Plane is based out of KILM, willing to travel if you split operating costs with me.

I replaced the airlines for work and play with my M20E for most of my 20s, I could beat on speed and match cost anywhere within 1000 miles. It was a blast
Then I got married and had 4 kids in 18 mos and that was the end of my Mooney flying.
(I need to update my profile)

You may want to post the open pilot warranty requirements from your insurance, so pilots can know if they’ll be covered. X hours total, x license, x hours make & model usually.

if you are doing all the flying under the hood (wink) they can just sit there and be safety pilot per the regs (I think).
If they are playing with the wheel, I'd want to be sure they meet your Open Pilot Warranty or consider having them added.
That's the safest play.

I'm confused. I thought the OPW only applied to the pilot acting as PIC, are you saying that any pilot who touches the controls in flight needs to meet the OPW?
Obviously that can't be the case if the other person flying doesn't even have a PPL, do you think there's no coverage if you let a non-pilot operate the controls in flight?
In either situation, assume that that the named insured will be seated at a "control station, be the acting PIC for the entire flight, and responsible for any actions of the other pilot.

This sounds like a fun weekend of flying after ski season with the kids is over. A close friend of mine lives in Wilmington. …may have to go see her and her little one and pair that with a whole lot of flying.

In addition to a list of restrictions, my wife, (not a pilot), is actually named in “our” policy and it specifically states that she is not allowed to even touch the controls while in flight, even though she owns half of the aircraft.

So if you pass out and your wife takes control, lands the plane but it results damages…insurance doesn’t cover it and they would rather you crash, totally the plane and dying. I guess the above could apply to any passenger who has to become a pilot in an emergency.
