It's gonna get really interesting if Tarver starts refurbishing UH-60s and reselling them!

I know a little bit about YouTube earnings. I can assure you he is most likely making more than $20k/month.

Interesting. Can you elaborate a little?

I believe that there is/was one in private hands in Tulsa (not sure if it’s the military of civilian version) that is owned by the owner of United States Aviation.

I have heard that he uses it, probably among other things, to hunt feral hogs.

He has two of them. Garmin G3X touches. I honestly don't know how you'd maintain this machine without a full time retired military crew chief working on it. He's the guy that owns the CAA FBO there.

I only popped in to say this, but looks like I'll only be verifying....... :D

Does he make any money from his Discovery Channel TV show in addition to Youtube?

I'll just say this. I know a guy that likes to blow things up and he earns somewhere in the neighborhood of $3-4 million/year off of his various channels.
I personally know a guy that makes almost $500k/year filming pretty girls on his boats, as well as doing a few videos about airplanes.

So yes, you can do quite well if you're so inclined to pursue a career in the social media film world.

Ryan from Ryan’s Toy Review could buy 3 new S-76s a year and afford to operate a G-V with crew!

They make all that money off of the channels, or they make all that money from other revenue streams that the push along with the channels, like Patreon? I thought that the direct income from streaming was more limited.

These guys are my hangar neighbor: https://www.hphelicopters.com/

They've been running a surplus Blackhawk for a number of years now and they stay really busy with it. :)

How do you think those guys have half million dollar setups (car, transporter, spares) on Street Outlaws only to race for 500-1000$ on the street?

We all also know another guy that does pretty well selling ice! It's a good thing he doesn't own any boats!

That is going to be a very expensive and very time consuming toy. Hope he doesn't lose interest too soon.

To heck with the Blackhawk, I want an F-15. Do you think a local CFI could check me out?
