From the windshield framing and what little that I can see of the control yoke, I would guess that this might be one of the Swearingen Merlin series? MM

If you zoom in, it looks like it says "Metro" on the yoke.
Agree, the windshield frames look like a Merlin/Metro. And you can see the twin rows of engine gauges.
