Hi all,

Does anyone have an AFM/POH for the Aerostar 601P they'd be willing to share? I'd like to take a look to better educate myself. Also, any real world UL/empty weight numbers would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the help,
David

Good morning David,

Tons of Aerostar information available.

Great thread right here: viewtopic.php?f=49&t=112926

There are 2 Aerostar forums, one free and one for a small annual fee. I recommend both and both have something different to offer:

Register for free here: https://www.aerostar-forum.com/

Register for a fee here: https://www.aerostar-owners.com/

A lot of good info here: https://www.aerostar-owners.com/trainingmaterials.php

Aircraft: 1969 Aerostar 600,
Call up AAC, talk to John in parts and you can order the complete poh specific to your airplane. It is well worth it.

I kinda screwed myself when I weighed it will full fuel… because per the manual it let me subtract 165 gallons, but the Aerostar holds like 174 or something when it’s truly topped off.

4460 with all the toys is light, you might actually weigh it sometime… or don’t lol

Weighed last year. And since I’ve probably taken another 40 pounds of old wire and hoses out. ;)

Pretty sure I have one from a 601P that I parted out at my house in NC. I will be there this weekend. PM me your address and I will mail it to you.

So many helpful replies here, thank you! I received a PM with a scanned copy that I think will meet my needs.
