One engine is temp limited starting around 18,000 ft, the other around 21,500 ft. This seems like an awfully big spread.

Have you had your temp and torque gauges and transducers calibrated?
I had a similar situation where one engine was running 60deg hotter than the other and my gauges/transducers were far off..

Ran into an unrelated issue with the beta light not going on in reverse, which has taken some time to troubleshoot. Should have that resolved in a day or two. Fuel flow issue said to be resolved, no additional details on torque split but plan is to adjust the left engine up. Will report back the resolution.
