The MP is the same. I wouldn’t suspect asymmetric thrust. I think it needs flight control rigging. Obviously, the throttle rigging needs adjusting as well.

I can’t speak to what might cause such a heavy wing on a 340, but on a bonanza it would either be flaps set to different retracted positions or the wings themselves needing a angle adjustment.
What do the flap positions look like when retracted?

Flaps are split type-drag only should always be rigged tightly closed.
