Because when posters try to quote a post that already has 2 quotes in it the forum software will complain. So the poster tries to remove the quote tag without properly removing the whole quote. Every quote in a reply will have a square bracket quote tag with a name and a close quote tag. Messing with that will cause a quote mangling or mismatch. They can be edited to be inline quotes and not nested quotes, but you need to do it carefully. I find it impossible to do without a mouse. And the poster who mangle's a quote can go back and edit it so that the quotes are fixed

So 19 people got hangars in 6 months?? That seems impossible at an airport that size. At KBJC, there has been a 5-15 year waiting list as long as I can remember (early 2000s at least). There has also been plenty of empty land no one builds on for some reason, I’m sure related to politics and/or money.

Change in ownership of an airplane doesn't eliminate the need for a hangar. The fleet is a relatively fixed size, so hangar demand should be relatively even when averaged across the country. You data suggests people moving away, not cooling of the market. Mike C.

I believe waitlists have a lot of gas in them. I was on a waitlist for a hangar at one airport. I found a suitable hangar at another. Two years later my slot came up at the original airport. Was no longer interested. I was told at the time that this was not unusual.

Scott,
Regarding the number of Conquests for sale, it is ONE, the other has a 1.15m offer that is being considered. The one that remains for sale seems like a timed out 425… maybe a parts plane.
