Does the SAS system make it as easy to fly In the soup as an airplane? AP and SAS must function to fly IFR but there’s nothing that says you must use AP. Yes, it’s as stable as an airplane.

10000% true. It basically has annual inspections (so in that regard it’s much easier than a citation) and 1500 hours remaining on the major bits. But yes, when stuff starts timing out, it has parts prices that would make a billionaire blush. It’s going in the trash can at that point.
