I have been working on this 100x120 hangar project for almost 2 years playing contractor and it is done! I’ve hired two experienced full time Citation mx guys that have been working with me for a while and we have a third part time wiring genius. With the space and staff we can maintain all of our own airplanes and airplanes for sale. I don’t want to get into outside retail maintenance at this time but that’s always a possibility. We certainly have acquired the skills, knowledge and parts to fix pretty much any problem on these airplanes; airframe or engine.
It’s nice to finally have the space to do this right. I have my executive suite and we have a large area for mechanics and Parts. I’m fully convinced that a clean, spacious hangar with a nice office is very good for productivity. At the other end of the airport, we have a junkyard with more parts/ airplanes than I can count. I’m quite happy to have separation from the junk with the nice stuff now.
Inside Hangar tour will follow down the road.

The Amazon brand of mid century modern furniture is actually very nice waiting on a coffee table. Unfortunately, the leather couch does not match the chairs, despite both being cognac! But actually, it’s very nice leather not that bonded crap.
