Looking to sell our Cherokee and there seems to be a disparity between Vref valuation's and current listings.

Any suggestions on setting a fair price?

I sold mine a month ago. Priced it based on what was listed on controller, tap, etc which was much higher than vref. Sold instantly as soon as it went live on controller

These days? Whatever you think it’s worth list it for 50% more. Then adjust accordingly.

My thoughts would have been about 1/2 that given the engine time. Granted, the Lycoming O-320 series engines, meticulously maintained, may be able to go another 1000 hours.

In today’s environment I’d try to cash in!

Three years ago, I'd agree with you and think $45k was on the high side. Today... I may not list as high as $95k, but I bet it will sell in a week at $75k.

That’s a 40k plane. I sold my 180 a month ago for 52.9k
