Is it just me, or is there nothing at all stopping his butt crack from taking some major abrasion from the rear wheel if he happens to slide back a little in the seat? Just looking at that made certain parts of me pucker up! What a wild looking machine. Definitely a showcase for some serious engineering talent. When I saw the title of this thread I immediately assumed it was about the Rotec-powered bikes shown here. Radial engines sound terrific on airplanes. Corrected. Was in 91. It's out on Google. Looks kinda like the old Hesketh.

His knees double as CHT probes and the shins are for EGT

BMW motorcycles with horizontally opposed engines had your toes right under the cylinder. Hell in the summer but great in the winter.
