As of today, I have a Twin Comanche in pre-buy. YAHOO!! So excited.
I thought long and hard about this choice, and at the end of the day, I just could not justify spending MORE money buying a Bonanza or Baron, and spending the same money to operate a Bonanza and 2-3x the money to operate a Baron. I am getting two engines, nice operating economics, a G500/GTN650/GTX-345 panel, and two IO-320 motors with 600 SMOH in 2015, all for $110,000. Really tough to beat that.

Great cross country machine. If you don’t already know, there is a very active comanche Facebook page. Congrats.

Congratulations! My brother and I traded planes for a summer and I got my multiengine in his Twin Comanche. I loved it.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a very positive pre-purchase inspection report. You are rightly very excited and it would be a bummer to find "deal breaker" items in the pre-buy. That having been said, one always has to be ready to pull the ripcord and bail out of a deal if the airplane isn't everything it was represented to be.
We have a Twinkie on our field; it seems to be associated with the local flight school. It's terribly tempting to book some time in it. Just love the exhaust note of the Twinkie - it makes those 320's sound MUCH bigger!
