My aerostar does my mission 4 ppl 200+ knots 800nm No O2.

What else will do this?
What would do this with lowest op cost?
What would do this with the lowest cost including cost of capital?

I'd like the cabin < 8Kft. So non pressurized is ok as long as it does 200+Knots at < 8Kft.

Experimentals with decent safety record are ok...
Lancair ESP is ok, but cap cost is hi.
Lancair IV all flavors scares me...

Aerostar 600?

No turbos or pressurization maintenance. I'm sure that you have considered it looking at what you fly now but the op cost would have to be way less. Still over 200 knots and a good 4 place plane.

Cessna P210N with a Vitatoe TN550.

200 KTAS at 17.5k’
800NM including climb/decent ~76 Gal, 89 usable in wings.
90 gal (wings full) gives you 710 lbs of useable load
Below FL180, the cabin altitude is <8k’

Higher goes faster
Aux tank to go farther/more reserve

I put a few gallons in the baggage tank when traveling that far.

Yes, on 17.5 gph.

Assuming it’s the TN550 setup

215 KTAS at FL230, 1000fpm, no cooling issues.

Surely most MEAs from the West Coast are considerably greater than 8K ft?

Velocity XL-RG with an IO-550.

I'm just at 200kts with an 1,100nm range. I know the TSIO550 Velocity's can make 200kts with no problem.
