Have been flying a 2004 Cessna 206H with Gamin 1000 and KAP 140 A/P. In still air the A/P works very well in all modes. As soon as the aircraft experiences a little turbulence the A/P rocks the wings Left and Right in small movements like it is chasing the track. it does settle after a time but starts again at any sign of turbulence. This happens in all modes including Roll. If you resist it a little it seems to settle quicker. Avionics have check just about everything and still not come up with an acceptable solution
Any bright ideas from Anyone.
Most probably a worn gear in the roll servo, quite common on old KAP140ies and cured easily.
