The STC process hasn't started yet but you can buy the strobes and adapter plate from Wilco. P/N W-OR400 and you need 2, $100 each. My IA approved it as a minor. Refer to AC20-41A.

I have helped many Twin Cessna owners outfit their aircraft with the Orion 600 LED wingtip light. This has been done by fabricating a mounting adapter to replace the legacy wingtip nav/strobe light, which is much larger than the Orion 600. This has been accomplished as a minor modification.
