Its such a neat platform.
Good for you guys!
One last question. How do you handle saltwater ops and maintenance?

Congratualtions. A different kind of flying that should be lots of fun. Quote: I have been reading about (and watching YouTube videos) Rotax 912ULS engines, they seem pretty bullet proof. I suggest you have the engines maintained by someone that is Rotax trained. You might even enjoy attending one of Lockwood's Rotax training and certification courses.

Attachment: Breezy.jpg Giving rides in my Breezy has been the most fun aviation interaction with others I've ever had. (I have a breezy because I couldn't afford an aircam.) Give lots of rides...

Give lots of rides... Everytime you post a picture of your breezy I picture you sitting there while crossing the sierras. Congrats to the OP on the Aircam, sure looks like fun.

You say "unfortunately" when describing this aircraft as an early model. From the comments here I think you'll find most of us feel your situation is not "unfortunate" but rather "enviable".
Celebrate your good fortune and enjoy the heck out of that airplane. It looks like just way, way too much fun!
