BeechTalk - BT - 441CC-3 Vacuum pump unavailable.

Had the right vacuum pump go on the Cessna T303 It’s a 441CC-3 The airplane has deice boots.

Calling around no luck finding new or overhauled pump. I talked to Quality Aircraft and they said even if they had a core or I sent mine in they cannot overhaul them anymore and there is no superseded number to replace it!

Anyone else have this trouble or have any ideas? Thanks

Tried there Charlie? I've had pretty good luck with them on legacy Cessna stuff.

Thanks John They can get me a new one from Rapco. Guess the -3 version is not too common but hopefully new one will run a while. Going to get my old core overhauled for the shelf just in case they get hard to find.

Noticed that ACS has both new and OHd Tempest and Rapco 441cc-3 pumps listed.. are they our and can't get them??

They list them but when you add them to the cart it gives a message unavailable and lists all warehouses. Then says restock date cannot be estimated.

All the 441CC pumps are the same, the dash number is a note of shaved fins needed for clearance in different installations. Push come to shove you could machine or file the fins of a 441CC pump to fit your installation.
