Beautiful sounds so inadequate....

Really enjoyed the fuselage fixture/fabrication part of the video. You hear wooden aircraft and it doesn’t conjure up images of a modern aircraft. Yet, it was ahead of its time in many ways. A lot of similarities to composite structures 50 years later.

One of my favorite WWII aircraft. Stunning restoration!

Now I finally know what happened to the remnants of the Mosquito that sat a Whiteman Air Park back in the late 1960s. I remember seeing it there, the back half of the fuselage missing just like in the photograph, when we took our Sunday drives to the San Fernando Valley. Invariably we would end up eating out at Skytrails Restaurant, located at the Van Nuys Airport. Great memories from my youth!
