Bond a piece of thin aluminum over the rivets. I used 0.016" 2024-T3 about 1" wide by ~3" long bonded with a 3M structural adhesive over the top of the three leaking rivets on two ribs under the boots. I was able to do it with the boots still installed.
If you look close at pictures of most Aerostar's with boots, you'll see the bump under the boot. By using 0.016", you can barely see mine once the adhesive was flared out and sanded smooth. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the significance of this when we did the boots. Here's a picture of one that was done before I bought the airplane:

You can see the second one behind the boot is also seeping. I think I have around eight to ten that are seeping that I haven't addressed yet, but are not effecting anything. I leave the wing tanks low on fuel when parking it longer than overnight and the fuselage/aux full so I can get someplace if the airport runs out of fuel (happens occasionally).
