Have we heard what the fuel burn at cruise of the PiperJet will be? Altitude/GPH/TAS.
I believe that Piper can get the job done. Their experience with the Cheyenne line is very helpful here. Agreed ... love that website:-)
Don't like long wings (44 ft) like the Mirage. Piper is notorious for airplanes that don't handle very well. The Mirage has so little seat of the pants feel, it's like flying a video game. It's stiff.
My guess ... think Cheyenne with a single engine Jet. OK but no parade.
If you want value, handling, ease of maintenance, blistering speed, you might have to head west to Spokane. I need to fly the Royal Turbine and the Turbine Cougar.
Granted ... after a 5000 fpm climb out, the passengers in the Turbine Cougar might be looking for a potty.
