Twin Engine pusher biplane. Built in 2017. All electric. Has to be a configuration never before used by man.

27 total horsepower. One seat.

Scariest line in the article .. 'Peter built a first ultralight that EAA reported “was minimally planned, in contrast to [this] design, which [he] took time to design in CAD.” '
