I found a few issues during my annual and made a few videos fixing them. There was the nose gear door hinge, intake tube leak and Lord cowl mount replacement.

Thanks Vince. I knew about the rubber doughnut on the nose gear door, but not te two small rubber stoppers. Will have a close look at mine next time I go flying.

Just a piece of trivia, there is one more of those bumpers. It's under the manual gear extension handle.

That NG door honge assy. is soooo Mickey Mouse it's hard to imagine that a Cessna Engineer designed it in the 20th Century.

The first Mod I did on MY 177RG was to swap out those shitty SouthCo studs / Lord mounts for CamLocs - Best thing I ever did for that plane !
