The older fms/gps are memory limited. With all tbe new RNAV approaches Jepp and Honeywell have had to reduce the DB size by only including airports with runways over a certain length. I seem to remember 4000’.

It worse then that now Allen, I sometimes fly a CJ with the GNS XLS and my regular flight is between two airports at 4800 and neither are in it. That’s in Australia where we have almost no airports compared to the USA. Andrew

This happened on the Citation V the company i flew for had on lease.
