I need to have the fire bottles in my A* re-certified and one re-filled. Any recommendations? The plane is in AZ for the winter.

Thanks,
Jeff

You have fire bottles on the Aerostar? I didn't know it was an option, but I'm still fairly new.

I used Aerospace Turbine Rotables on a customers 421 and 441 and were happy with them. Ironically, they found a bad bottle!

Thanks Jason,

They were in the plane when I purchased it, I understand they are not that common. Mounted in the aft fuselage and can be directed to either engine giving you two chances to put the fire out.

The bottle selector and press to discharge switch were damaged/missing, it was a bit of a challenge to track down the prints to bring the system back to life.
