You have $2M to spend over the next ten years. You can buy any airplane(s) you want, but the total of everything including fuel and training cannot exceed $2M for the next 10 years. Dream away. What do you want?

Sadly a new SR22 would eat 2 million in 10 years, hardly a "fantasy" airplane. Can I have two million more please?

$2MM over 10 years won't get you very far. Maybe a Robinson?

Likely very close to what I have

1982 Aerostar 702P
Citabria GCBC

little bit (relative) o maintenance

LOTS o gas.

Living the dream

Probably get there with a 2008 Meridian but I chose the Aerostar and a taildragger toy.

BTW...I cancelled the -1....why o why....title says fantasy

Only $2M for 10 years?

Guess I can't get an ICON.

If allowed in the fantasy rules, I’d keep what I had and invest, like someone said above.

If had to be spend, I’d buy a new 22.

I’m where I want to be unless I was given enough for a fairly modern turbine. Meridian on the low end. C90 in the middle. PC 12 on high end.

I'd try to find an F90 or E90 in the 600k range, and shoot for operating it at 140k /yr.

Can I lease? If so, a CJ2 leases for about $1500/hr (dry) and fuel averages $600/hr. So that is almost 100 hours per year (minus training cost...).

Do what? They're pricey but not that pricey.

New SR22 with 5 year warranty $750K. Keep 5 years, resell for $375K. Repeat.

That gives you $10k/month to buy fuel/insurance/hangar.
