It just doesn't get much better than this single pilot.

I will say I doubt it is a coincidence that we didn't get a cockpit video above FL350... (or FL410 when a rated SIC is around).

For a 9+m jet, wonder what insurance required of him with going from single engine private to ATP multi/typed?

Was that 4 months from PPL through CPL, Multi, MIFR, then ATPL then rating? Osama and his plane are impressive.

Where's JC?

He already had his PPL and IFR and a bunch of TBM time.

4 months for Multi, Commercial and ME ATP and type rating which is totally doable when you're already a pilot and you've already been using Sheppard to pass your written exams... ha.

The longest part of my Commercial was studying for the written and having the check ride scheduled. Those DPE's can be booked out and then if the weather doesn't cooperate blah blah. It can drag on and on.

The company I worked for had a 300.
They mostly flew it with two pilots, but once in a while single pilot. Both company pilots were rated single pilot. They had several contract pilots available if one or the other wasn’t available.
As director I got to fly that thing a lot, all l er North America. Sometimes as the only passenger.
I did get a lot of right seat in it. Wow!
Everything does happen very fast to me, since I’m not used to these speeds.
Regularly flew the West Coast ack to Iowa non-stop at FL450. Quiet up there!
What a plane!

Great airplane. Easy to learn. Just need time and money. Damn near equal parts.

TAS at FL450 is 344. She's no a screamer up high.

Not much faster than my CJ. However I would enjoy getting to FL450 and having the additional payload and range. But it comes at a significant premium with P300. It's a fantasy airplane for me.

That's what I thought. Seems like that kind of money ought to get you there quicker. Awesome avionics. I wouldn't turn it down as a gift.

The cockpit sure looked tight. I think my Cardinal has more leg room.
