Does anyone have or know of a prebuy checklist for a PA31 Navajo, specifically the -325 CR? I've looked at the Piper owner websites but can't find anything there.

I don't have a checklist but the year would help as well. There were a few changes to the electrical systems and location of switches, my 1500 hours in Navajos has told me that the later design is better and more reliably fixable. It is a pretty solid airplane overall. I was only every broke down twice; that was a shower or sparks/mag issue, and a cylinder blew off the engine mid flight. :sad:

At NO TIME should the cylinders depart the plane! Ouch! :eek:

1975 Year model that I'm looking at. It's the CR model. Thanks for the help.

ABS have the "Prebuy Checklist" for the Bonanza & Baron and I'm hoping to find something similar for the Navajo to have my mechanic use in the prebuy inspection.
