As there is nothing like it, some folks buy 300s and go nuts on the refurb. I have seen some examples where folks spent the value of the plane on redoing everything. This was when you could still get a '6X' from Piper, but those had gotten so fat that it defeated the purpose of a Cherokee Six.
Great plane to haul a family of 5 to the beach or other realtively short distance endeavours.
