It's a 1977 factory built Great Lakes. I don't have the gentlemans name that bought it from me handy, but I believe if you search the registry for N3823F, you will track it down.

I won't reveal the sale price out of respect for the current owner, but it was more than 100k.

I saw the airplane for sale a few months ago, and I think the ask was 140ish.
