Robert That is friggin' awesome! I loved the door open, low flying shots. Even though it sped by fast! Flew a Super Cub the first time a few weeks ago. Got some pointers while in the back seat and then moved to the front for taxiing, high speed taxiing and the takeoffs and landings. Not as hard as I thought, but it had big tires. I have also heard a Cub is pretty gentle for a tail dragger. Now I just need to finish up and get that endorsement!

Quote: What holds the lower half of the door open? Gravity (as mentioned) It also serves ( unintentionally )as the stall warning/imminent landing indicator. You may have noticed it float up just prior to touchdown.
