Perhaps Tim Preston at Winter Haven: http://flytailwheel.com/Pre-buy is important. IIRC, about half the Waco fleet has been on its back. We had guy here buy one, intending to do a “biplane rides” operation as his retirement gig ... only to learn that the insurance companies required 1,000 hours tailwheel.
