Hello All,
I have several very good friends who are serious about buying a PC12 and I'm trying to identify a broker with lots of PC12 expertise to put them in touch with.
This will end up being a 2-3 person partnership, based in NC. One of them has been using PlaneSense & Wheels up (PC12, SR22, KA) for the last couple of years and is now ready to buy. None of the (3) are pilots, so they would like to hire a full time pilot as well. Ideally, the broker would be able to handle the transaction such that it's fairly hands off for my friends, including identifying candidate a/c, arranging the pre-buy, identifying a pilot, etc.
This is their first a/c purchase, so there will be some learning along the way but they are ready buyers.
Thanks much in advance! Don

Sean Sanders CFS Jets 678.575.7945 (c) ss@cfsjets.comSean was previously at EPPS (Pilatus specialist) and knows PC-12 inside and out. Now in Cornelius, NC so he may be near your clients as well. Sean found my PC-12 off market, negotiated price, reviewed logs in detail, supervised pre-buy, negotiated discounts to close, watch-dogged transfer, escrow, etc. Also, insurance qualified to transport the aircraft for prebuy, etc. He was excellent in the process, got me a great airplane with no regrets and, best as I can tell, saved me about $200k.

+2 for Don Peterson and Jet Swiss. I just completed an acquisition of a 2011 Pilatus PC-12 NG with them and I can't say enough good things about Don and his operation.
I was referred to Don by my insurance broker after asking him for the most experienced Pilatus broker in the country and I was not disappointed. Don has been focused on nothing but Pilatus for 18 years and has experience as a demo pilot for Pilatus factory, selling new and used Pilatus for KCAC and as the CEO of JetSwiss for the last several years. Don has an excellent handle on the stories behind all of the Pilatus aircraft currently listed and has a significant pipeline of aircraft that are off market. Don, in fact, found me a great aircraft off-market and handled everything - sourcing, negotiations, pre-buy inspections, test flights, closing logistics, post purchase shuttling of the aircraft for paint, relocation, etc. The guy has over 5,000 flight hours in the Pialtus and really does know the airplane inside and out.
Beyond Don, I was also blown away by the JetSwiss operation in Kansas City. They basically provide a new plane buying experience to their used Pilatus acquisition clients. They have a checklist to make sure that every manual, accessory, etc. that was originally delivered with the new aircraft is accounted for and when something is missing, they work with Pilatus to get it replaced. They provide a binder with every document related to the aircraft and the closing and their post purchase support has been fantastic.
Last thing I'll say is they have integrity. There were several times during my process that when it came between maximizing his profits and going above and beyond for his customer, he chose to go above and beyond.
