Same place as the PC12 except it slides out from under the washbasin.

Mmo is .74 so at FL450, 421ktas. I’m wondering if this will get moved up as more data is gathered.

Lav is in the same place, it actually rolls out from under the sink. I think it's overthought, but I don't mind my lav system with bags and smell-eze....Frankly where Pilatus puts their lavs is the best place on an airplane.......well done..........seriously, this airplane is well done...........Cessna and Embraer are screwed and they know it.

Given the plane is certified with deliveries, those figures are in the AFM, so there shouldn't be too much "thinking" and a lot of "knowing" by now.

Very unlikely.

The design of the wing sets an upper limit where drag increase greatly. Once you get into the mid 0.70s mach number, it takes greater and greater design effort to go faster. Thus the Mmo is usually set very early in the design stage and not often adjusted. It is primarily set by the airfoil shape.

It would be hard to imagine it would be worse.

Pilatus only had wet, dry, and hard surface runway charts when SN 1 was delivered. Said they would be working on other charts as flight testing continues. I think they will have a lot of updates to the AFM in the first few years which is not uncommon with a new design.

Effectively, this means the PC-24 is banned from all other runway conditions until the numbers get expanded.

One thing is for sure, somebody will run a PC-24 off the end of a runway. That's just the nature of these things.

We did in fact see Michael and Duncan at PC-24 s/n 101 at KFLL on Saturday. It was Duncan’s birthday (3/17), so perhaps the PC-24 will be his birthday present!

If so when's your type rating scheduled? Facts are facts, fake news is fake news. Give us your vanity tail number and start date in Dallas at FSI? Other wise it's just a MH manufactured story. :duck: :bud:

I'm thinking you need someone to go to type school with you.....
Maybe I can win the next Power Ball jackpot... :woot:

Banned? Maybe so for part 135 ops.

I don't have all the technical details, but the test pilot said the 24's braking system has advancements not found on any other light jet. We will see if these advancements produce results, but probably a good place to invest in technological improvements for a jet.

I think SN1 needs to be heavily discounted being it's hull #1. We know it takes a while to add the improvement, ala the PC12.......right now, there is just way too much demand for that airplane. George will have a very easy time getting fractional ownership.

I want to own the whole thing.
