I’ll never get why Cessna stuck those slide switches for a PTT.

Some were other way. The older intercoms could have an annoying background noise so it was nice to be able to turn it off easily.

Nothing singular. The shop went through some leadership change and a move and at the end of the day they simply over promised and under delivered.

N503CC is/was sn 500-0003. It was based in LIT until the last few years. I flew it some.
