Is the front cross-over tube between 5&6 on the intake insulated?

RAS I don't think so, don't know that I've ever seen that.

Scott, So your asking why your EGT on #5 Cylinder was in the 500's temp range at the 2:03 min interval and again at the 4:50 minute time after start up?
It's could be a fouled plug or plug that might have an issue while cold.
