Good luck with that one. It does have elements of desireablity, such as the Hyde skis and the big tires and rather low total time. However the Robertson STOL STC would be a deduct for most.
Add up all the goodies plus a good starting point airplane and you might get to $180k-$190k. Not sure where the extra 100k is hiding.
My guess is the asking price is reflective of total investment from day one.

Amazing, I had a 1973 185 that was the cover plane in Cessna brochure. Paid 29,000 for it sold for 45,000. It was a low time never commercial plane, though it did come with a spray kit. It had the Robertson STOL kit. Into a stiff breeze you could do a no roll take off.

For that price it needs a 550 and floats.
