Honestly, you'd be saving money on a $300K Turbo Commander compared. Not joking. These planes are not made for these times.

Just needed a well deserved rest.

I got a little testy and a couple of my BT friends told me to go take a nap. :beechslap:

I did. :peace:

Quite refreshed and mellowed out. :dancing:

I promise I won't tell anyone to go screw themselves again. :peace:

On BT that is.

I have, on good authority, that it is Charles R.

I wish, I wish.

Might have found myself a 421 side gig though :). That’ll scratch the itch.

Only an Avanti can scratch it. ;)

Mike,

Gotta tell you that the Jeffs got more than a little annoyed about that. They are right. I am now the perfect gentleman in all realms of my "engagements".

To make a comment on this topic. The 685 is one cool airplane. Yea, I can be affected by "cool". If I had been "placeless", I would have done what someone else suggested, buy it and fly until something big breaks. I have certainly spent "more for less" more than once.

Maybe he thought the "rare" rule applies to aircraft like it does to classic cars.

If this critter was hard to maintain in the salad days, then I'd suspect that it'd be quite the challenge today.

Best,
Rich

No corrosion denials, no pissing allowed. I'm pretty sure that's in the TOS for airplane listings rules of engagement.
