I will say, the hand writing was on the wall. Whenever I made the decision to make the move and "passively" look around, take my time, make sure it's the right one, maybe next year etc., I would be stuffing a new airplane in my hangar in 2-3 months.

Thanks Tom! I'm a slow learner but I eventually come around. I moved comparatively slow on this upgrade (took better than a year). As a part of my research, I got two type ratings, I ran lots of numbers, I considered lots of airplanes and arrangements and I shopped for a number of months for the right airplane. Unlike other purchases, I didn't want a fixer-upper.

Congratulations John! You did it right. CJ2 is a great airplane, can't wait to hear more about your experiences and flights.

Cessna has their own, its not work I would gave done just anywhere. Cessna should be good obviously.

Went to see it this week and it looked great. Moving forward with a purchasing agreement and should close late September. I'll share pics and details when we remove all the contingencies.
