Thanks for the encouraging words! You know the finished product will speak for itself. The Barron's know what they are doing. It been a long time coming, and I know I'm not telling you anything you don't already know. The smile on your face will tell the story.

How much more is 50 gal/side than standard? And how much more range and endurance will it provide? Also, how much impact on useful load? Just curios. Tnx. MM

Standard fuel is 80 total 40 a side. It is a mod that is not often installed due the cost and scope of the work. Since we were starting at the beginning, I did it. The standard 80 gallon tanks are good for about 4:30 of flight and land with an hour reserve. The 100 gallons provide the option to do a trip out and back with no requirement to fuel. The weight add from the mod is minimal. The flexibility of another 1.5 hours of gas is huge!

The 195 Factory is going strong at the Fulton County Johnstown New York Airport. It is a modern day cottage industry. Owned and operated by Bill Milton, it produces 600 PMA parts that makes the Cessna 195 a supportable Classic. With this company the 195 is more supportable than 120,140,170,180,and 185 . If you don't believe it call textron for a part for one of these!
