Rick,
3500 TBO if at HSI Pratt's parts changes are made. Parts free, hot is your cost. Mine is scheduled in August.

Great looking plane.
Any thoughts as to the introduction of the 900 and 930 softening the 700 market?

That would be only on earlier models, all later -66D are 3500 TBO with no changes needed.

How many hours on your engine? HSI can be done from 1750-2000 hrs.

Michael -

Would you mind talking about the maintenance cost on the 700C2?

Wow! That is gorgeous. Congrats to you Michael.

It sounds like you had a very nicely equipped C2. Wish I was in a position to have taken her off your hands. What do you figure an O/H on the C2 would've cost you had you kept it?

I happen to be in the market for a 700 and learning more about the planes myself. That said two planes I looked at with recent O/H ran $400-$450k.

Robert,
Maintenance has been as expected. There are timed items that need to be completed at appropriate intervals. The plane overall has been extremely reliable. Annuals have run about 30k.

I bought a C2 last summer and have about 60K miles in it now. I believe I could not go back exclusively to a piston. My gosh what a ride.

Can anyone point me to a resource or cheat sheet for design changes by model year, similar to the sticky notes we have on Bonanzas?

And perhaps one showing required maintenance intervals for time limited items?

Congrats! My uncle's company he retired from are sending their three TBMs to the scrap yard because they cycled out the airframes. They loved them!

Check AVEX web site. They share a lot of that information.

The only high time TBMs I know is from Quest Diagnostic and Daher as upped the cycle on theme with time, never heard they were timed out.

Yup, my uncle used to run Quest's flight department. I guess they haven't quite hit the new limit but they have been extended a couple times. They are now scrapping them. They flew the snot out of them and I have a few hours in those planes too. I love them.

Very cool!

I love both the paint and interior.

Cockpit is not bad either. :)
