I'm a Beechtalk Sponsor and very thankful for the Beechtalk community, the very first acquisition our new company did was for Beechtalker Josh Lubbers, he was referred by a mutual friend and prominent Beechtalk contributor. We helped Josh purchase a Blackhawk King Air C90B and then about a year later helped him upgrade to a King Air 300. We have received numerous referrals from Beechtalkers for acquisitions and been hired to do aviation consulting work as well. So a HUGE thank you!!! Here's what we can do for FREE; ACC Operating Cost Report for any turbine aircraft VREF Book Evaluation of your aircraft (or potential purchase) Aviation Consultation - 30 min Session Market Analysis of your aircraft (recent solds) Damage History inquiry History report of your aircraft (turbine only) Here's the discounts we can provide; $500 discount on $2500 90 Day "Basic" Consultation Services 50% discount on "Desktop Appraisals" through the end of 2016 5% discount on any Acquisition Service through the end of 2016 For more information about what we do visit our website at http://www.jetacq.comOr for our menu of services and pricing visit http://www.jetacq.com/new-products/ use the password "offmarket"

I was actually afraid this one was low... the guy we did it for has contract fuel at $3.50 and didn't want crew salaries included. His insurance did seem high though...

All I can say is, Chip saved us tens of thousands of dollars on our two transactions with him! Deals all went smoothly and if there was a problem...Chip handled it...I didn't have to worry about it...which is awesome! And not to mention...Chip and his wife Amy are just good people. They opened up their home to me every time I visited Texas to check out the plane or get maintenance done. I can say with complete confidence, that Chip will save you money and make your aircraft purchasing experience a great one! Check him out if you're looking to buy!! Username Protected wrote: Chip, actually your numbers look fairly accurate. I'm at 450hrs so far this year in the PC12. My insurance is way cheaper, by almost a 1/3rd (thanks Tom Hauge) but my hangar costs are way higher, as I have a hangar in Florida and Telluride.
My ballpark for all in looks to be around $800-$900 and my JetA seems to be averaging about $3.20.
Been very pleasantly happy with the airplane. Wish it went 450knots at times though!! Michael- You make a brokers job very simple when you fly the wheels off the airplane like you did in the first year of ownership and turbine transition. Makes our negotiation with underwriting carriers very much a simple exercise - companies are tripping over each other to compete for your policy. Well done....
