Even at what is most likely a top of market price you would be saving money compared to what this guys has invested.
He started with a really good low TT airframe then dumped a truck load of money in it.
He will take a beating or it won't sell.
I think this one has been on BT before?

I think this one has been on BT before? Im betting his total investment including original purchase price of the plane is somewhere between 1/2 to 1/3 the purchase price of a similar brand new plane. The owner of this Commander essentially did what these guys do. http://www.nextantaerospace.com/Nextant totally refurbishes and updates an existing airframe for roughly 1/2 the purchase price of new. In a lot of ways the refurbished aircraft is better than new. It's about as custom as you can get.

I have seen this plane. The quality of the interior is very high. Black would not be my choice but they did not skimp.
It looks like something you would find in a Bentley.
