Is the aileron repair covered by insurance? Have you gotten a quote from Cessna?

If you care about the value of the plane on resale Cessna may be the most cost effective long term.

Otherwise I suggest you talk to Sierra, Westar, or Duncan.

I've used Airframe Components by Williams for flight controls several times. Not sure if they do jet stuff.

I believe you are dealing with a bonded composite structure, Cessna does not give to much detail on repair without engineering costs and few may have capability as this may be an autoclave cured component. Cessna would be my first call, their Wichita repair shop not necessarily a service center.

If you shot me a PM with a P/N I would be happy to run it on a search engine, it will reveal any inventory or facilities that may have repair ability.

No insurance coverage. Going to check with Cessna and will shoot you the p/n tomorrow for other choices. Thanks all for the replies
