This isn't going to be a $130k kit if someone takes the time and money to fix it. That's just the thing; "right" is never going to be what Peter imagined. Not even close, because the laws of physics don't allow it. Now if you want a pressurized five or six place canard with decent cruise speeds and range, then that is certainly obtainable, but as was pointed out, you'd more or less be starting from scratch. The only thing that might come from the current Raptor program is a following of loyal hopefuls that in theory might be turned into customers.

Based on a comment he made he won't be making announcement of production, someone else will, I bet he has cashed out once the prototype is in CA.

Putting faith in Peter's claims is no more illogical than putting faith in bitcoin.

And that is the entire root of its value. it is entirely a confidence game to make someone believe some numbers are valuable just because they are hard to compute. Mike C.

Without wishing to be the devil's advocate, FR24/flightaware tracks often seem to show quite erratic airspeed data for GA aircraft. Likely not accurate, unless of course he's actually doing low speed testing...

FR24/ADS-B is also groundspeed, not airspeed. Some of the increase/decrease is likely a headwind/tailwind factor at play, as he was doing figure eights the whole time. Some is also likely due to his altitude oscillations, although those might also just be errors from his pitot-static system too. Odd flight, but . The winds were being called variable at 4kt. on the ground.

If he hugs the southern border and he goes in the middle of winter, he may be able to make the trip at about 500' AGL.
