Peter has been unwilling to accept sound advise from several. Why would he listen to Mike?

Participation trophies don’t exist in the real world. What has Peter achieved? He got a few hundred people to invest in his project (escrows don’t count). He used the funds to to hire experts to get this project just far enough that it hasn’t killed anyone.

The claims were $130,000, 300 knots, 1800# empty, 3600 nm range, 11gph max cruise, pressurized, AC. Something affordable for anyone.

What he has is 130 knots, 3200+ empty, 400 nm range, not pressurized, runs the heat so it won’t overheat, only can fly early mornings.

But he's going to fix all that when he goes into production.

I was near Twin Falls on my TAT route and considered diverting to see if anyone there could explain who is going to underwrite Mk II. Or; I could go to Arco, ID and peek at the EBR-1 reactor.

Both Raptor Mk I and EBR-1 are contraptions. I went to Arco to view a bit of big science history.

Did you notice in the last video he talked about the brilliance of cutting in a fresh air vent, and how nice it was? What about the the AIR CONDITIONER that is installed?

Yeah, the A/C that he can't use because it loads the overheating engine that he already has to turn on the heater to keep from melting down.

The fresh air vent kludge is a classic Peter "fix". Never mind the root cause of the problem, just cut a hole and let in some fresh air, it won't pressurize anyway.

It’s called innovating.

He has to run the heat to keep the engine temperature low enough. :coffee:

I heard from a friend that he was camping (right next to him) in the SB40 on Monday, I don't think there was any news.

I know the new “investors” must not be into marketing or they would have had it setup for everyone to see. But, how do you promote something that performs like a C172? :coffee:
