They are misaligned. No inflatable door seals. Presumably the only flying example.

I agree, there's a reason all pipers have a top latch,

No, If you want doors that fit it will cost you at least $1.5mil. That's what blew me away about the new 182T my CAP unit took delivery of a few years back. The airplane cost half a million dollars and they couldn't get the plastic and rubber trim items installed right.
