TBM 700/850/900 Maintenance items.
Luke and others have asked for timed maintenance items on the TBM. These are Daher Socata recommended items so are not mandatory on part 91 SETP in the US. For other countries its dependent of your Maintenance program.
Pratt Engine O/H, 3500 hrs/ HSI 1750 hrs. Overspeed governor O/H, 6500 hrs / 72 months. Propeller O/H, 4000 hrs / 72 months. Propeller governor O/H, 3000 hrs / 72 months. Mechanical fuel pump O/H, 3500 hrs/ 120 months. Oil cooler O/H, 2100 hrs.
Starter/Gen O/H, 2400 hrs. Starter/Gen bearings, 1200 hrs. Starter/Gen brushes, 600 hrs. Standby generator O/H, 3000 hrs. Standby generator brushes 600 hrs.
Landing gear actuators O/H, 5000 landings / 84 or 120 months on 850/900. Landing gears are long life inspection, 1/5/10 year inspection / 5000 landings O/H. Brake assembly & wheels O/H, 1000 landings. Electro Hyd Pump O/H, 10000 landings/10 years.
O2 bottle hydro test, 60 months O2 bottle Cylinder life, 180 months. Crew Masks O/H, 72 months.
Empennage structure inspection, 3000 hrs/60 months. Horizontal Stab/Fin Ultrasonic inspection, 1200 hrs Rudder/Elev/Flaps/Aileron Fibroscopic inspection, 1200 hrs. Wings /fuselage structure inspection, 6000 hrs/14 years. Most hoses are now on condition, others 14 years.
Annual or 200 hrs inspection. A inspection @200 hrs. B inspection @400 hrs. C inspection @800 hrs.
