OMG! This is worse than I could have imagined. The carnage. The ignorant wast of it all.

I've been dealing with GAMA at Fairoaks, which I believe are the successor entity to the Mann Aviation folks from the past. They've been good. Problem seems to be local yobbos, although this was a targeted operation.

Call me an I'll get you his number if GAMA doesn't have it. He's local to Fairoaks, a good guy and has forgotten more about Commanders than most Commander experts know. If he's not sailing around the world at the moment, he can help GAMA put your plane back together. I also own a Commander service center and avionics shop so will be glad to help you in any capacity you need.

MAN THAT SUCKS!
The low life's had an idea of what they were doing. They took the time to get the trays.
Could be they had a order from somebody who wanted that setup.
Really sorry to see that.

Terrible. I don't understand why whoever did this would destroy everything. These items just slide out of their trays, no need to destroy everything. They left the copilot G600 and some other things. Strange that those items were not taken as well. Maybe a custom order. Any specific Commander items taken? It looks like form the pics that some commander specific items were taken.
Did they damage the airplane getting in?
Where was the airplane parked? Security cam?
Whoever did this may want to sell it. Maybe they don't even know what they have stolen. Check on eBay to see if these items show up there.
Check local avionics shops. Not a huge market for this stuff.

Dreadful story. I was based at Fairoaks for years and still use it very often, very nice airfield. It is little consolation but at least it happened at Fairoaks where the main Twin Commander experts are there and one of UK's leading avionic shops, so they can repair it on the spot. Unbelievable though. Doesn't help you much but I've never heard of anything like that happening apart from Rotax engines being stolen from isolated farmer fields.

I guess I was giving them too much credit, if they missed the items in the nose.
The down time is really going to suck.
